Our herds of goats and sheeps graze in a pristine area surrounded by woodlands and prairiers at the foothills of the Appennini Mountains.
The milk I get from them is turned into a very tasty and creamy fresh goat cheese or hard cheese aging with time.
From our Massese breed sheeps and our Cashemere goats I collect the fiber which is spun and woven using handlooms following an age-old tradition . Matter becomes thread , then through the loom becomes fabric and the result is a very natural product with an irresistible charm .
Every year , we harvest our olive trees to produce a rich tasty olive oil , a basic and important element in our Mediterranean diet , used in most of my recipes.
